ORIENS supports custom metal component projects based on customer-approved drawings, samples and technical specifications. Our Beijing team coordinates requirements, quotations and orders with manufacturing support from our controlled facility in Cangzhou, Hebei Province. Materials, dimensions, tolerances, surface finishes and quantities are reviewed before quotation. For projects that require design changes or development work, the scope, technical responsibilities, sample approval process, tooling and delivery schedule are agreed with the customer before production. Manufacturing and finishing arrangements are confirmed for each project.

Format of the drawing: PDF, JPEG, CAD, IJS, STP, SOLIDWORKS, ETC.
Custom Logo: Acceptable, such as company name, website, principle and so on.
Sample time: 10-25 days. But it depends on the order quantity and the specific product. Different product may have different lead time.

The manufacturing route and any finishing operations are confirmed for each project; this product range is not a statement that every process is performed at our controlled facility.
Please send your 2D drawings and 3D or STEP files, together with material, dimensions, tolerances, finish and quantity requirements. Manufacturing feasibility, inspection documentation, packing requirements and the delivery schedule are reviewed and agreed before order confirmation.

Packing methods, quantities per carton, labels and any pallet requirements are agreed for the specific product and order. We coordinate shipment arrangements with customers according to the agreed order terms.
